Ultra High Efficiency

For over 20 years, IPF has manufactured PVC/FRP centrifugal fans in a wide range of sizes from 200 cfm to 70,000 cfm designed for corrosive fume applications.

Standard construction includes FRP impellers with PVC/FRP housings. Our fan design provides the highest aerodynamic efficiency compatible with specific system requirements and is often the best corrosion-resistant alternative and the most economical on a life cycle cost basis.

We provide a large range of centrifugal exhaust fans specially designed to handle acids, inorganic and organic corrosive fumes in industrial and chemical plants.

Construction Features

Fan Casings – Standard construction is rigid PVC inside liner for maximum corrosion protection with exterior FRP reinforcing. If requested, casings can be fabricated using only FRP using fire retardant resins.

Impellers – Constructed out of solid FRP. All impeller surfaces are finished with a resin-rich surface veil for superior corrosion resistance.
